On behalf of IEEE Estonia, we are pleased to invite you to the webinar “Women and Engineering” that will be organized as Facebook LIVE online event on 27th of May at 1 pm EEST. During this meeting, we will introduce the organization and discuss the topic of women in science and engineering.
Speakers: Karolina Kudelina (Chair WIE Estonia) and Olga Vovk (Vice-Chair WIE Estonia).
Karolina received her BSc degree in Electrical Power Engineering and MSc degree in Energy Conversion and Control Systems from Tallinn University of Technology in 2018 and 2020 respectively. She is currently a PhD student and Junior Researcher in Department of Electrical Power Engineering and Mechatronics. Her main research interest is intelligent condition monitoring of electrical machines and drive systems.
Olga Vovk is a PhD student at Tallinn University of Technology, doing her research in the data anonymization field and co-founder of CyberWise.Space. She has a Specialist degree in Law, MSc in Engineering TalTech Digital Health MSc programme. Her main interests are in health care data and applications privacy and security.
