The joint Computer/Communications/Information Theory (C/COM/IT) Chapter of IEEE Estonia was formed January 30th, 2007 as a Computer and Communication Societies Joint Chapter. The Chapter was extended to also include Information Theory Society members in 2017. The Chapter organizes various seminars and have invited to Estonia several IEEE Distinguished Visitors.
